Our more than 20 years of experience allow us to design profiles that best suit the needs of our clients, taking into account thickness, shape, and raw materials to be used and the mechanical characteristics to be met.
TECNIPUL has a work area of 10,000sqm with 24 pultrusion lines, a post-processing section with 2 CNC and a finishing area, which allows us to provide an efficient answer to our customer needs.
Our facilities consist of 2 CNC, which allow us to supply finished profiles ready to be assembled directly, which means savings in our customers handling costs. These processes can be cuts, drills, milled, fits, etc.
Tecnipul offers different types of finished on pultrusion profiles, such as surface polishing, vinyl placement, surface painting, and even the placement of inserts and the preparation of kits in packaging.
TECNIPUL SL is engaged to the manufacture of Glass-Fiber Reinforced Plastic (GRP) profiles using the pultrusion method, both of our own design and of our customer’s one.
